We are proud to announce that the Dimension Inc. model home in Sussex was recognized as the “healthiest” home in Wisconsin.

Indoor Environmental Testing, Inc. based in Madison tested our Step Beyond Green to Healthy Home for volatile organic compounds (VOCs), relative humidity, carbon dioxide, mold, and airborne particle matter among other air quality parameters. According to their findings, the home achieved a score of “Excellent,” the highest rating available, and “the air quality and EMF measurements achieved in this residence are far superior to the average dwelling.”

The Wauwatosa kitchen and addition project is nearly completed, as all floor finishes are in and custom cabinets with water based low/no VOC finishes are installed. Walls were all first coated with no VOC paint added as the final coat.

The exterior work was done before the snow flew, with the gutters being the last remaining item completed on the outside. The blending of the new exterior facade with the old really worked well on this project.

The final finishes are being completed and our customers will enjoy their new kitchen/dining room and enlarged laundry facility in time for the holidays.

We had both bathrooms remodeled going from one and a half bathrooms to two full baths. Our kitchen countertops, flooring, and painting were redone and our basement was remodeled, giving me a beautiful new “Man Cave,” workout area, sitting area, library shelving, a new pantry, and two new enclosed storage areas with lots of other shelving.

Dave Kallie of Dimension Design, Build, Remodel Inc the contractor and coordinator for these projects, hired superb sub-contractors. Plumbing, electric, sheetrock, carpenter, flooring, plumbing fixtures, tile, HVAC, and painting were all outstanding and did wonderful work. There were some minor issues that arose and Dave addressed these with an outstanding attitude and sense of urgency. He addressed our concerns as they arose during the approximate four to five months of remodeling. Dave always kept us up to date as these projects progressed and he has excellent attention to detail skills. He caught things during the processes that we never thought about that ultimately saved us money in the long run. He made sure that we are completely satisfied.
