David Kallie, MCR, CKBR, CAPS, has more than 30 years-experience in the construction industry. As a National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Certified Remodeler, David has strengthened his commitment to offering his clients the assurance that they have chosen a professional builder/remodeler dedicated to being one of the best in the field.
In addition to being a NARI Certified Remodeler, he is also a member of the NARI Milwaukee Board of Directors as well as the organization’s Ethics Committee. He is also a member of the board for Step Beyond Green to Healthy, an organization with a mission to support and advocate for healthier indoor air environments.
David is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, a Certified Lead Safe Renovator, and he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from UW-Milwaukee. His commitment to continually educating himself has earned him trusted advisor status with all of the residential and commercial customers we have had the privilege of serving over the years.
Part of that continual education has steered us to starting to understand the harmful effects of chemicals that are contained in some of the building products traditionally used by the construction industry. We believe it is responsible to offer our customers alternatives to these products with all of the new home and remodeling projects we do to begin to eliminate some of these chemicals inside the places we live.
We have teamed up with Step Beyond Green to Healthy to help start to educate our customers of what is available and offer alternatives to materials as well as healthier alternatives to the building process that gives our customers an added advantage most other design/build contractors do not offer.
Personal and professional treatment begins with your initial contact and carries through with each subsequent phase of the design/build process. David takes a personal interest in your project, ensuring the promises made to our clients are kept. He works directly with our in-house design team, exploring all avenues to ensure our clients are getting the best solution for their project and defined budget. He continues his involvement as lead project manager to make certain timely project completion and quality control are met.
